Ingrid does this through campaigns, advertisements, trade fairs, online marketing, and by sharing content on social media. To do this well, it is essential that she knows what’s going on within the organization.
“Without input from my colleagues, I can’t do anything. They know our customers, our products, and the market. And what I really love about Kolmer is that everyone comes to me with great stories.”
This willingness to help is partly thanks to Ingrid’s own enthusiasm, which she knows how to pass on to her colleagues.
“I keep an overview and make sure everything is shared at the right moment, but we do it together. And that’s typically Kolmer.”
The common thread throughout Ingrid’s career has always been the combination of marketing and the agricultural sector. Technology is new to her, but she enjoys it tremendously.
Ingrid is approachable, energetic, social, proactive, and reliable. “Do what you say and say what you do.” She lives just outside Putten with her husband, son, and two daughters. She loves being around people.
“I enjoy the liveliness of my children and their friends working on projects in the shed or hanging out together in the garden house.”
Ingrid goes running several times a week to clear her head and keep her body flexible. “On top of that, we are a real football family, both as active players and as volunteers.”
