QHSE Coordinator / Quality & Safety Coordinator

As a QHSE Coordinator, you ensure that quality, safety and environmental standards within our organization are well structured, safeguarded and continuously improved. You have a coordinating and advisory role and work closely with colleagues from different disciplines.

What does a QHSE Coordinator do?

In this role, you are responsible for monitoring and improving the QHSE policy. Your tasks include:

1. Managing and further developing the integrated ISO management system (9001 / 14001 / 45001)
2. Preparing and guiding internal and external audits
3. Drafting and updating procedures, work instructions and process descriptions
4. Preparing and analyzing monthly quality reports
5. Monitoring reporting related to:
6. Incoming and outgoing inspections
7. Incoming goods (including feedback to the factory and alignment with procurement)
8. Diagnostic and deviation reports
9. Coordinating corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
10. Preparing and reviewing 8D reports and root cause analyses
11. Monitoring quality reporting towards customers in case of complaints or returns
12. Coordinating safety and environmental activities such as risk assessments (RI&E), incident analyses and improvement actions

You are not responsible for carrying out operational inspections or handling complaints yourself, but you oversee the quality and progress of the entire process.

What do you bring?

You are practical, analytically strong and feel responsible for quality and safety. You know how to connect people and keep an overview, even when multiple things are happening at once.

In addition, you bring:

1. Bachelor’s degree level (HBO), preferably in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar
2. Experience with ISO standards and audits
3. Experience in a technical and/or logistics environment
4. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
5. Affinity with technology and process insight
6. Certifications such as MVK, internal auditor or VCA are a plus
