It was great to welcome you once again to our annual Kolmer electric motors event. Some of you have been attending for years, while others joined us for the first time. Yet everyone came with the same mindset: to learn something new in a relaxed setting, make valuable connections and exchange experiences. In short: to strengthen one another. How? ->
As stated in our invitation, for us the day is a success if you go home with a good feeling. That is why one message was at the heart of the event: don't hesitate to ask each other!
We saw last year that having the courage to ask really works. Two partners connected during that Partner Day and have since built a successful collaboration together.
We certainly went into depth during the masterclass by Michiel D. Damen, Lead Electrical Engineer at Huygens Engineers (the trusted partner for R&D departments or your external R&D team). He shared insights into the future of copper prices, possible alternatives, and some surprising perspectives that even the most experienced electric motor specialists found thought-provoking.
A valuable afternoon does not have to be all about business. Just as important is having fun. Bringing out the child in all of us, with wide smiles, sparkling eyes and a touch of playful competitiveness. And that is exactly what we saw. What a great sight!
